Contract of Service

Unemployment Trap

Unpaid Family Workers
These individuals, regardless of whether they work full-time or part-time, are considered as part of the household of any of the establishment owners. They typically perform a specified job and work for at least one third of the normal working hours of the establishment. However, they do not receive regular payment, either in cash or in kind, for the work performed. Instead, they usually receive food, shelter, and other support as part of the household of the owner.
